1, DEMONSTRATION of TWO TYPES of GENERATORS:
a), AC GENERATOR: move the brush to the whole ring part of the collecting ring first, then use sliding varistor. DC current meter to form the external circuit, connect the output end of the generator to slowly rotate the generator rotor, galvanometer will clearly show the direction of current change, or you can use DC voltmeter to connect to the output for demonstration.
b), DC GENERATOR: Move the brush to the commutator section, the external circuit does not rotate the rotor, and the galvanometer pointer deflects in one direction, indicating that the output is DC.
2, SCIENTIFIC DESIGNED STRUCTURE: The generator is a permanent magnet producing a rotating armature of a magnetic field. The magnetic field is generated by two pieces of ferrite material with a pair of boots. The armature of the generator is driven by a hand-operated wheel with a belt, and the crank of the big wheel can be removed.
3, OPERATING CONDITION: When the rotor speed is 1600 rpm, the voltage at the output of this unit is: no-load voltage is not less than 8V; a small bulb of 4.8V, 0.3A is connected in series, and the load pressure is not less than 5V.

Operation Tips:
1, According to the needs of the output is alternating current and direct current, the brushes are placed on both ends or in the middle of the same ring. When used as a power source, connect the external power to the terminal of the board base.
2, When using, press one hand on the base of the wooden board and shake the big wheel at a uniform speed with one hand, then there will be power output. The shaking speed should not be too fast so as to avoid the output voltage being too high and burning the bulb.
3, If connecting a demo current meter, a voltmeter should be installed. Do not connect the ammeter in series. If necessary, connect a sliding rheostat as a load.
